Girls in STEM Award winners were announced at #WRO2020X!
The award sponsored by Juniper Networks and LEGO education goes to WRO National Organizers with great ideas to raise the number of girls in WRO robotics competitions: One with a future plan and one with an already implemented idea.
IdeasGym was acknowledged for this award as a runner-up due to their high impact in involving more girls in STEM education in Egypt.
this award comes two months after Ideasgym was featured with Khan Academy in "The Digital Transformation of Education: Connecting Schools, Empowering Learners" report supported by UNESCO UNICEF and International Telecommunication Union as a good example of online platforms providing STEM education for teachers and students.
